My buddy told me he heard that mike was playing at the oc tavern last night. Due to my inebriation from the bus ride back from the bud brewery i forgot about it but googled mike ness oc tavern and a surfer mag forum post came up confirming it. Id post the link but just moved and until my computer is set up my iphone is my only internet, but did anyone know or go?

To tell you the true, if that would have been advertised that bar would have sold out within minutes... Oh well... I wonder what the setlist was...

I went and the fire marshall was there, and a line out the door. It was crazy. People on the guest list couldnt even get in. It was all South County kids and was obviously very secret.
It was a great show with Mike And Jonny playing acoustic.
From memory:
Making Believe
Ring of Fire
Story of My Life
Six More Miles
Ball and Chain
Prison Bound
and I think I missed a song, they left and came back onstage.
Short set... MIke and Jonny were in great spirits...lots of smiling, lots of fun... reminded me a little of a Mike Ness show. I loved it. I'm going to guess those songs will be a part of the standard set list, along with some acoustics.
